Commercial / Industrial:
- This is the core of Hodge Construction. We specialize in
design-build commercial and industrial projects from start to
finish. Our projects range from small machine shops, to
large warehouses, to crane buildings, to indoor sports complexes.
We have undertaken numerous complex foundation projects.
Layouts for foundations and buildings are aided by HC's Nikon
DTM-310 total station.
Structural Steel:
- With the addition of our sister company,
Steelcon, we are able to
fill structural orders up to 400 tons, along with providing
erection services.
Pre-cast Foundation Systems:
- Pre-cast foundation systems are placed directly on freshly dug
footers, and costs are in line with conventional systems.
Pre-cast systems are manufactured in a controlled environment.
Installation takes a fraction of the time of a conventional
system.
A
typical 100x80 building can be installed in one day (not including
digging of footers). The following day backfill can be completed
and above grade construction can begin. The pre-cast system
has much greater strength than a typical reinforced 8" block wall.
Foundation systems can be designed to handle loads and reactions
of pre-engineered buildings, and come with all anchor bolts
imbedded, greatly reducing chance of field error. No
on-the-job placing of concrete enables all-season installation.
Foundation systems can come with P.E. stamp on them, and meet all
applicable IBC codes. Insulation board can be incorporated
into panels, eliminating costly field labor. Click here to

Specialized Training:
- HC has AWS certified welders on staff, along with personnel
with Hazmat 40-hour certification for environmental work.
