 | Hodge Construction pays 1 1/2 times the base labor rate for anything
over 40 hours per week. We will bill the customer at 1 1/4
times the base labor rate for overtime hours, plus applicable markup. |
| Sundays, holidays, and work scheduled between 6:00 PM and 6:00
AM will be billed at 1 1/2 times the base labor rate unless prior
arrangements are made. |
| All personnel have a 4-hour minimum charge unless prior
arrangements are made. |
| All jobs have a minimum of one-hour administration charge. |
| Rates are F.O.B. HCI shop unless prior arrangements are made. |
| Copies of timesheets are included with time & material jobs. |

| Markup percentage on labor, equipment, and material varies by
customer, job location, and job size. The markup percentage is
displayed on the sales order, and is usually between 8-12%. |
