We first acknowledge the buyer has many options, and for Hodge Construction to be considered, we have to offer a superior alternative to the other available products. To achieve this, we adhere to 3 core principles:
1. Product Pricing: We strive to give the most cost effective solution to meet the customers needs. We have established a fair, transparent pricing strategy, that is low on overhead, fair on markup, and high on product value. We do not engage in up-selling beyond the customers actual need.
2. Product Delivery: Our products come with clear specifications, and clear deadlines we will meet. Specifications and Delivery dates are not just lip service, they are part of our contracts
3. Post Product: Not only do we put our product warranties in writing, we service what we sell. Fact: since 1995 we have never charged a customer for a callback related to our workmanship. Want verification?
